* How do you feel about the Realtor's marketing plan? Do you feel comfortable with the level of exposure your home will receive?

4. Communication with your Realtor

* Do you prefer email? Phone call? Text? How often do you want to hear from your Realtor?

5. Fees & Net Amount Sheet

* What are the total fees? What will be your true net after fees and paying off your mortgage?
