MLS Ratings does not list any homes for sale. There are no “preferred” or “affiliate” Realtors. An agent must be the most productive agent for MLS Ratings to provide their rating review information to a home owner. The MLS Ratings database includes ALL Realtors in the MLS database.

No Cost
MLS Ratings is a free service to the home owner. We are paid a referral fee if you choose to sell your home through one of the Realtors we provide to you. Please see How It Works for more details.

No Obligation
You will be given the contact information for the three most productive Realtors in the neighborhood of the address you provide. YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO THOSE REALTORS.

Our experienced associates can customize your Realtor search if you have a unique property such as a commercial property, multi-family, acreage,or investment property. We can also qualify the Realtors for any specific needs you have such as fluency in a certain language or experience with short sales.

Privacy Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your information with any third parties. When the results of top listing agents are sent to you; the highest rated Realtors will be notified of only your name and subdivision. They will have strict instructions not to attempt to contact you.
